Terms And Conditions
- 1. Eligibility:
• The scheme is available to individuals aged 18 years and above.
• Valid identification and address proof are required at the time of enrollment.
- 2. Plan Duration:
The scheme has a fixed duration of 11 months. The customer must complete all payments within this period to be eligible for the respective benefits.
- 3. Minimum Payment:
₹ 1,000 minimum payment per month (fixed). Failure to make payments as per the schedule may result in disqualification from the scheme benefits.
- 4. Payment Modes:
Payments can be made via cash, UPI , debit/ credit cards, online transfers, or any other payment methods specified by the jeweler.
- 5. Premature Closure:
Premature closure of the scheme is allowed, but any associated benefits (discounts on making charges, etc.) may be forfeited.
- 6. Purchase Benefits:
The percentage discount applies only to the specific benefit mentioned. No other standard or additional offers will be applicable at the time of closing or purchase.
- 7. Gold Rate:
The applicable gold rate will be the prevailing market rate at the time of purchase. No special rates are locked under this scheme.
- 8. Monthly Installments :
Members may make their monthly installment payments at any Kundan jewellers where they initially joined the scheme.
- 9. Non-Refundable:
Payments made under this scheme are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or encashed.
- 10. Additional Charges:
Members are responsible for any applicable stone charges, GST or other taxes at the time of purchase. Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
- 11. Transfer of Plan:
The scheme cannot be transferred or assigned to another individual or party.
- 12. Non-Refundable:
Payments made under this scheme are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or encashed.
- 13. Changes in Terms:
The jeweler reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of the scheme at any time without prior notice.
- 14. Dispute Resolution:
• In case of any disputes, the decision of the jeweler shall be final and binding.
• Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
